Community Conservation
Focuses on educating members of various rural communities in the area about snakes and conducting additional outreach projects to create valuable partnerships.
Education
Educating learners at schools in the Hoedspruit area to create a positive attitude towards snakes and promote harmonious living with snakes.
Snake Rescues
We assist with any problem snakes you may encounter in the Hoedspruit area. Call 064 516 7439 for assistance.
Snake handling training
We provide FGASA accredited snake capture training to ensure you have the most up to date knowledge and training to relocate snakes.
Antivenom Bank
The Hoedspruit Reptile Centre has an antivenom bank on site. This is to provide antivenom to individuals or to hospitals and clinics when someone has been bitten by a snake.
Research
Our team does research on snakes in the area to learn more about them and to share this information with the public.
